  Yesterday, we Demose had a summary meeting for November.Each team summarized the work of last month and planned the working points for December.The whole staff will unite together and exceed the goal of this month,rushing towards the 2016 annual sales target!

Playing a game

 To enhance the communication of each department and promote friendship,there was a playing games part in our monthly summary meeting.The representatives from every team participated the game Turnip Squat,which seemed very easy.But the participants needed to respond quickly.This game not only made all of us happy and relaxed but also enlivened the meeting atmosphere.

    Each team leader showed the sales data of last month and analyzed the sales situation from the results,the following up,the platform operation and team building. They summarized the achievements and the existing problems.At the same time,the team leaders pointed out that they needed to enhance the communication with the clients and know the schedule of clients projects correctly. Also the green hand should take time to learn the products knowledge and summarize to improve the sales skills.

   The top salesman Mr Yang shared his rushing experience in November. He explained how to conclude a business from four points,in general, that was Profession and Service.First,you should be very clear about the real needs of the clients,listening carefully and making notes while you talking with the clients. Second, you should check every details with the clients.Last but not least,solve the problem for the clients by your professional knowledge and provide perfect after-sale service.

Part Four: General manager Mr.Lu made a conclusion

    At last, Mr.Lu made a conclusion about this month. He affirmed that each team had made great effort and hoped everyone not to be conceited and to keep moving forward.He concluded the points about the process of making a deal.First,getting the clients needs;second,sorting all the needs;third,offering the solution;fourth,following-up;fifth,signing the contract and collecting the files;sixth,after-sale service.He also analyzed the notes for each section, from which we benefited a lot. 

  During this summary and plan meeting,we got knowledge,confidence and positive elements.Thanks for elaborated analysis from Mr.Lu and experience shared from our top salesmen. In the December of 2016,each staff of our team will unite as one and rush towards the higher annual sales target by continuously analyzing the problem,improving and acting positively.
